Cut Diamonds Terms and Conditions

All cut Diamonds are Certified by GIA USA
All deliveries will be done by a licensed armored security Company.
All deliveries will be insured and will be provided a Certification of insurance to the buyer before shipping.
Price valid time: 5 days.
Delivery fee not included.
Payment terms: 30% deposit to order.
70% Balance due 72 hours before shipping.
All carats in the order form we have in stock any carats above will take 6 to 8 weeks.

Diamonds Returns policy

Up to 21 days after delivery.
If the customer is not satisfied, needs to inform DK on the same day of the shipment arrival.
All returns need to be returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
GIA Certificate package CAN NOT be opened or damaged.
Money-back is Guaranteed in 10 business days after the return arrives at our facility for inspection.
